Chest pain
It is dull ache in chest pain. It is the feeling where it hurts very seriously as someone is inserting needle in your chest. It also attacks your neck and shoulder. This is common due to the underlying disease.
This is caused due to lifting heavy weight or eating or swallowing a heavy bite. The symptoms seen are pressure, burning or tightness in the chest. This pain may last for more than few minutes, and it may get worse as per the time.
It may also create problem during breathing. And the patient lungs, asthma, hiatal hernia, peptic ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease, injured ribs. If you feel there is severe crushing under your arm or jaw or backside or any sudden feeling of pressure.
The chest pain is located in between the neck and the lower abdomen. The symptoms may also lead to heart attack. In some way if the injured or strained chest wall in the bones and muscles then there are many chances of chest pain.
The main pain is caused due to the movement of your torso. Mostly the chest pain lasts for about few minutes or few hours. And if the pain lasts for about months or weeks then these may be the symptoms of causing heart attack.
The main common signs of the chest injury are pain while coughing or sneezing, tenderness, swelling, bruising. The chest pain can also cause during the gas or blotting in your stomach or the portion of the colon i.e the left side position .
And various food is also the main reason for your chest pain. To stop the pain you should take rest and stop the activity you are doing. You should massage the area with the ice packs and keep it doing for about 20 to 30 minutes, elevation is also the example.
If you are having and kind of anxiety then there is numbness or stabbing pressure, persistent chest aching, shooting pain or sharp shooting pain, tightness or chest tension, may have cold sweats. The main causes of chest pain are collapsed. In every few minutes or few weeks the patient may occur chest pain.
The cause may affect the muscles or heart, the psychologically factors or digestive system. Startlingly the pain is mild and as the days past the pain increases as in the case of acid reflux. The lung pain is seen on the frontier side of the chest. In the perceived lung area they may cause autoimmune conditions.
You should keep your spine straight and lie on your side with a pillow between your legs and head elevated with your pillows. The best position to sleep at night is lying on the right side. The most common cause of non cardiac chest pain is gastroesophageal reflux disease and it is also called as acid reflux, this is the condition where 23 to 66 percent of noncardiac chest pain takes place.
The esophageal motility disorders, or muscle problem causes chest pain. The gas in the chest feels like tightness in the chest area, or stabbing pains it may also include belching. If you feel any kind of chest pain then you should immediately approach the doctor, and you should also explain every kind of anxiety. The chest muscle strain lasts for about 2 to 3 months.
The people with broken sternum feels like the cant breath properly as it is caused the shortness of breathing. The moderate to severe pain when the accident occurs is seen in the people suffers from chest pain or broken sternum.
And the bruising is also one of the main cause for chest pain. If you want to know that you have severe chest pain then the bruised sternum causes intense pain and then it gets worse as per the time.
The discoloration of the chest is also seen in the people with chest pain. The reduce acid levels in the stomach or heartburn can relieve the pain. Eating the food and directly lying on the bed may cause chest pain. Mostly the heart attack is caused after having heavy meal.
The anxiety in the chest may cause severe problems. You must avoid eating oily food. And also try avoiding street foods and the food which has unhealthy oil. The food you must eat is the green leafy vegetables and you must check your cholesterol level after every six months.
You must also perform various exercises in the morning and try to wake up early in the morning. Try to perform cardio exercises in the gym so that it can increase you heart rate and brings your heart rate at normal.
You should avoid the fried foods such as fried potatoes and fried meat as it has large amount of unhealthy oil or any kind of oil. People with high age are mostly suffered.
