Chills

Chills:

Chills occurs when you are in a cold environment and feeling too cold. Chills is a common disease which causes flu, strep throat, urinary tract infections, malaria, bacterial gastroenteritis, pneumonia, sinusitis, meningitis, and viral gastroenteritis. Chills is a infectious disease, it occurs by the infection’s. Some chills infections are common such as flu. Some patients may occur in some cases that chills can be occurs due to an autoimmune disease, or an allergic reactions such as lupus. Certain cancers can also accompany by fever and chills. Chills may arise without fever or with a fever. Chills are Feeling of coldness in a cold environment accompanied by shivering.

 After exposure to a cold environment typically chills is arise. Changing internal temperature, or cold external temperatures are the common causes of the chills. If you are having chills without fever it may be include causes such as anxiety, intense physical exercise, fear or low blood sugar. You can treat chills by this methods such as rest for sometime, drinking plenty of fluids to keep your body hydrated, taking acetaminophen for your pain relief, wear comfortable or loose clothes, apply lukewarm clothes on your forehead,  and make sure that the patient having chills has enough covers to feel comfortable. If you feel like you are having symptoms of chills then getting to a warm place or layering clothes can make cold chills go away from your body. To raise your internal body temperature drink tea or hot chocolate coffee. 

In some cases a person can also experience chills with fever or without any fever. In chills even if you have high temperature you might fell like cold in a cold environment and when you feel cold  your body begin to shiver. This is the first sign of having a fever in your body. In chills you feel cold but from inside your body is very hot. If you are feeling cold and want to stop it then you must have to follow this tips such as wear socks while going to bed, dress in layers, keep warm and heat your mattress, get diet in which vitamin B12 and iron are presented.  If you are having chills but without fever then soak in a warm bath it will maintain your body temperature. Go for warm bath and after it wear a dry or warm clothes. When your body try to make heat by squeezing body and relax to try your body muscles then chills can be occurs in your body. 

Sometimes you feel cold and tired by  the hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism can include symptoms such as depression, feeling cold and fatigue. Cold intolerance in a chills is a well know symptoms of the disease hypothyroidism. You can take medicine to bring you fever down from high range to a comfortable range. When you are having a chills then take rest for Sometime it will reactivate your body. You can get rid of chills as fast as possible by this methods such as drink lots of water and fluids to keep you body hydrated, don’t use air-conditioners while you are feeling cold, don’t bundle up your blankets, take a warm bath and keep your body in a warm places by avoiding cold places or environment.

 If you are suffering from the chills then it will go away by its own. When you have a viral infection, you will experience or notice the symptoms with the chills such as headache, cough, sore throat, fatigue and muscle aches. In chills your body starts shivering just because this is a sign that your body is fighting with the bacterial or viral infection. Shivering while having a chills it means your body is warming up to start a fight off with a bacterial infections or a viral infections. If you experience chills with headache it happen by the viral infections. Chills can also cause a flu disease and in adults the symptoms of flu occurs such as cough, body aches, fatigue, muscle aches, fever, headache, stuffy and runny nose, and even in some cases patient may feel like diarrhoea and vomiting. When you have body aches but no fever it feels like sleep deprivation and stress.  Overwork, lack of sleep, stress, depression, can make your body weak. A common physical  symptoms of anxiety is a chills and cold sensation. You can also prevent chills or many other disease by avoiding polluted places such as industrial or traffic areas. Regularly hydrating your body can keep yourself safe and healthy. Eating foods in which iron, vitamins, proteins, fibres and many others Nutrients are presented can keep yourself healthy to fight against any disease. Regularly going for the exercises, jogging, walking, running or doing any physical activities can maintain your body temperature at normal range and protect your body from the cold chills like diseases.
