Iron deficiency anemia is due to the insufficient iron in the body. Without sufficient iron or enough iron your body can’t make enough of substances in the red blood cells (RBC) that enables them to carry oxygen. Anemia means a condition in our body that blood doesn’t have enough healthy (RBC) red blood cells. The most common deficiency of anemia world wide is iron deficiency anemia. Some patients experience no symptoms but some another patient have obvious symptoms. Pale skin, feeling short of breath, damaged hairs, dry skin and dry hairs are the symptoms of the iron deficiency anemia.

 Iron deficiency occurs when you are not getting enough iron in your regular diet. The iron deficiency in adults include common causes like chronic blood loss, vigorous exercise, pregnancy and not getting enough iron in your regular diet. Iron deficiency anemia can be treated by  taking iron rich foods regularly to the diet.  In the iron deficiency anemia bleeding is a most common cause. You can drink prune juice to maintain iron quantity in your body because prune juice contain high iron. Prunes are the good source of iron and energy for the body. Your body can’t produce enough substances in red blood cells without enough iron.

 Iron is necessary for the red blood cells to carry oxygen. Iron deficiency anemia may leave yourself short of breath and tired.  There are many good sources of iron such as fish, poultry, and red meat. The human body absorbs the most iron from the sources of heme. Most of the sea food contains high iron which are necessary for our body. Foods such as spinach, legumes, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, turkey, red meat, shellfish, liver meat, sea food and organ meat contains high iron which are needed to produce enough substances to the red blood cells which enables then to carry oxygen. 

You can also raise your bodies Iron level fast by the foods such as sardines, clams, shrimp, Oyster, tofu, eggs, meat, chicken, leafy green vegetables, pumpkin and swash seeds and soybeans. If you are sleeping for a short time or having disturbed sleep may increase the risk of anemia. If you are suffering from iron deficiency or anemia then you must have to avoid these foods such as coffee and tea, foods which contains phytic acid or phytates acids like whole grain and brown rice, avoid foods that contain oxalic acid like parsley, peanuts and chocolates, and also avoid foods such as grapes,  sorghum and corn this contains tannis acid.

 Shortness of breath, Pale skin, tiredness, noticeable heartbeats, and lack of energy are the symptoms of the iron deficiency anemia. A lack of healthy haemoglobin or red blood cells in your blood which pass or carry oxygen to your cells and body organs including heart, brain and others is occurs due to low iron which called as anemia. Tiredness is a hallmark of anemia, but this anemia can also cause you to feel like dizzy and faint. Pale skin, dizziness, cold hands, light-headedness, Cold feet, fatigue, yellowish skin, shortness of breath, weakness and irregular heartbeats are the signs of being anemic. Mulberries, olive as well as prune juice also contains the highest iron. Prune fruits also contain Varity  Nutrients and antioxidants which are beneficial to health.

  Iron deficiency can cause many symptoms such as fatigue cold hands and including dizziness. You can check iron in your body  using a simple method of blood test. Sometimes anemia can also be life threatening and serious. If you are suffering from iron deficiency anemia bit make you hungry for strange substances such as ice, dirt or paper, this condition in iron deficiency called as pica. If iron is low in your body it might lose your weight. Iron is a substances which helps to lose your body weight. Iron is very important for the human body, iron is a element which is essential for the production of blood. Tofu, dark green vegetables, whole grains, beans, lentils and cashews are the best plant sources of iron. Vegetables are also contains high iron for example Swiss chard, lambs lettuce, green cabbage, spinach, and Brussels sprouts. If there is a low iron in your body and you are recovering it, it will take more than two three weeks to recover. It may cause a desire to smell in a iron deficiency anemia. To produce enough healthy red blood cells iron is very necessary, increase iron presented foods or drinks in your diet. Regularly taking healthy and iron rich foods can purify your blood, skin and increases red blood cells. If you are not getting enough iron in your diet then you might be suffer from the iron deficiency anemia. Eat foods which are high in iron for example meat, eggs and other foods to increase iron in your blood.
