Nosebleed

Nosebleed is a condition in which occurs the bleeding from the nose, and it is also known as a epistaxis. Nosebleed is also known as a nasal haemorrhage and the bloody nose. The nosebleed can also have the causes which are not occurs due to the underlying diseases such as nose picking, nasal dryness, and the injury. Dry air is a most common cause of the nosebleed. Dry air can caused by the low humidity or a  Hot climates and it can lead to a nosebleed. Idiopathic, local and the systematic are the three categories or types of the nosebleed, the most common cause of the nosebleed is local and it includes septal abnormalities, nasal trauma, and the nasal dryness. Nosebleed can be stopped by following this steps such as use a product which are saline nasal, don’t smoke, don’t use cold medicines, use a humidifier, keep your inside nose moist, don’t pick your nose and don’t use allergic medications. 

Stress is also a condition by which the nose bleeding can occurred. Headaches sometimes which are caused by the stress can also often the nose bleeding. Nosebleed Mostly don’t need or require medical treatments. If your nosebleed last longer more than a twenty minute then you must need a medical attention, this may be a symptoms of a posterior nosebleed. You can clean your nose by clinically methods such as when your nose is bleeding gently blow the nose to clear all the large clots and old blood. After nosebleed do not blow or pick your not at least for a five to six days. After a nosebleed if you blow your nose too hard then it may cause the bleeding again. As a cleaner don’t use chemicals, tobacco and other to clean the nosebleed. After a nosebleed you can eat spicy and warm food it may cause blood vessels to dilate. While sleeping raise your head on your pillow It may recover your bleeding. After a nosebleed in your nose put a thin layer of saline such as a nasogel. Saltwater nose pray or using a petroleum jelly such as Vaseline can help your nose after nosebleed from getting a bleeding and dryness again. 

Nose bleed is a common if it is bleeding regularly it may be a side effect of the medicines or any medications. Nose bleed is usually a harmless and it is very common but sometimes it can be a sign of a serious medical condition. Garlic, vitamin E presented food, ginger, ginseng, feverfew, or ginkgo biloba  are the dietary supplements which can thin your prolong bleeding and your blood  and it may cause nosebleeds which may difficult to stop. Lack of sleep can dry out the lining of a person’s nostrils. Lack of sleep can prone to bleeding and crack the lining of the nostrils which can cause a nosebleed. In a children’s nose bleed occurs very frequently. Medications which can not suit your health can also cause nose bleeds. Caffeine also increases the chances of the nose bleed, caffeine dry out your nostril whole day. Two nosebleeds per a week is common but sometimes if it is last longer up to twenty minute and regularly then you have to take check up from your doctor’s. In some people due to a high blood pressure they starts nose bleeding but clinically high blood pressure is not a direct cause of the nosebleed. If your nose is bleeding then pinch your nose this is a first aid step of the nosebleed. If in the nosebleed you swallow the blood then it can cause vomiting and irritate to your stomach. Nosebleed is common and it is occurs due to a dryness in the nose and nostril. Use tissue or a clean wash cloth for the nose bleeding it may avoid infections of nostril. In the nosebleed just pressure on your nose for up to about five to ten minutes it may stop your nose bleed too soon.  Nosebleed occurs due to dryness in the nasal membrane to avoid a nose bleeding or to prevent it drink plenty of water daily to hydrate your self. After nosebleed occurs avoid hot drinks such as tea, coffee and others for at least one day. Nosebleed are not serious they are common and it will stop on their own or you may follow such a self care steps. Nosebleed can also often by the coldness, dehydration, allergies, dry air, trauma, sinusitis and the blood thinning medications.  Nosebleed also a sign of a fever.
