It is considered as save delivery as compared to the delivery from vagina. When there is risk for the baby and also for the mother then doctors mostly prefer to have caesarean delivery.

During delivery the incisions that are surgical incisions are done in the abdomen and the uterus, so that the baby is delivered. Mostly doctors prefer caesarean delivery is the best delivery than the vaginal delivery as it is safer for the mother as well as child. This caesarean delivery is performed as per the mother’s choice or the family members choice.

As compared to normal delivery, this delivery is quick and easy. It also lowers the risk than vaginal birth, the mother can be discharged in a couple of days. Mostly the patients considered the caesarean delivery as the best delivery. But there are risk in this delivery and it may take long time for healing the wounds. This is done by incisions, this surgery is also very complicated.

The most common and very safe type of delivery for the child is vaginal delivery. But mostly people avoid it as it is very painful. The most painful are the labour pains. According to CDC that is the centres for Disease Control and prevention about 40% of the child birth are done by C section.

The normal delivery or the vaginal delivery as compared to caesarean delivery or C section is very painful. But the caesarean delivery is not painful because the patient is given anaesthesia before the sectioning. But as the normal delivery is  a natural childbirth so it is  the best way to deliver the child.

The types of delivery are induced labour, fatal monitoring, forceps delivery, caesarean section, vacuum extraction, amniotomy it is breaking the bag of water and episiotomy it is the surgical incision which is made in the perineum, this is the area between the vagina and the anus. The greatest potential for a painless delivery is epidural, you may feel the contractions and the decreased pain significantly.

During normal delivery you are in conscious way that the child is taking  birth and you can move around. Doctors mostly prefer caesarean delivery or C section because it reduces the delivery complications and the baby is well diagnosed with various birth defects. Such as excess amount of fluid in the brain or any heart disease.

The main disadvantage of caesarean delivery is the blood transfusion that is the bleeding. During bleeding they may also need to take out your womb  this is called as hysterectomy. This is usually uncommon, but this problems may create if you have bleeding during pregnancy or any Placenta problems or blood clotting.

For about 10 seconds squeeze and hold the abdominal muscles and then released gently.

And also squeeze the pelvic floor muscles. Bend your knees slightly by lying on your side. The abdominal muscles should be relaxed and you must gently breath in. If you have done then normal delivery there must be maximum 8 to 10 stitches this is due to the tear of some extent during the birth of child. Many of the women gets stitches to recover the tear. This is and the perineum it is the area between the vagina and the anus.

The Other disadvantage of caesarean delivery is, the patient may cause infection due to the stitching of the uterine lining. They may also cause excessive bleeding and due to this they may have haemorrhage. This is also the injury to avoid during surgery or the bladder.

There must also be the disadvantages or our side effects of anaesthesia the blood is clots in the deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism. The delivery is done in about 40 weeks but the best week for delivery is  the 39th week. The baby which is delivered before 39 weeks has the risk of breathing. It may not be able to breathe properly or inhale oxygen.

To heal the caesarean wounds it may takes about 6-7 weeks. During pregnancy you must stay active, try to make noise, stay mobile you must also try different birth  positions, eat healthy food to keep yourself nutrition full and healthy.
