Calcium

A chemical element with the atomic number 20 and symbol Ca is chemical named as calcium. Calcium is necessary for the human bones to maintain and build it strong. In humans calcium is presented 99% in the bones and teeth. Calcium is also necessary to maintaining communication or contact between brain, back bone and other parts of the body. Calcium is a chemical element which roles in cardiovascular function and muscle movement. Shiny silver Surface when cut with a fairly soft metal is a calcium. Calcium are also used for production of metals. Calcium are also used as calcium carbonate to make mortar and cement and also calcium used in a glass industries. Calcium carbonate are also used to make production of acetylene has and plastic materials. In the human body the chemical calcium is the most plentiful mineral. Most of the calcium contain by the  Bones and teeth. Other remain Calcium are contain by The body tissue, nerve cells, blood, and other body parts or fluid. Drink milk regularly to increase calcium in your body and other foods such as cheese, paneer, and other dairy foods. Many other foods helps to increase calcium quantity in your body such as soya drink with added vitamins and calcium, green leafy vegetables like(spinach, okra, curly kale, sweet potatoes and others. 

Calcium is most important for the bones, teeth’s and other  body parts or fluids. There are also side effects of calcium such as if calcium increases from normal to high  then you may be suffer from constipation, gas and bloating. It can be get you to the heart attack. If you have a calcium deficiency Then it can affect to the body parts and it results like slower hair growth, thin skin, weak nails and fragile. Calcium forms in three different forms in the blood ¹bound to the plasma proteins, ²complexed to citrate and phosphate and ³ionized. You can also take calcium tablets to increase calcium in your body. But taking high calcium medicine can be harmful for your health. Calcium can help human body to increase weight and fat in the body. Calcium tablets can increase the risk of heart problems or heart disease. Calcium comes in your body by eating dairy foods or calcium present foods it cannot made in the body. Eat nuts, soya beans, tofu, bread and milk or any dairy products and green leafy vegetables. You can know that you are getting enough calories or not by muscle contraction. Other symptoms such as bone related injuries, brittle fingernails, tingling in arms, irregular heart beat and tingling in arms. There are many side effects of calcium with vitamin D such as weakness, headache, muscle pain, dry mouth, bone pain, drowsiness, irregular heartbeat and a metallic taste In a mouth. Bones are important for human body and that bones need the best calcium citrate and calcium carbonate. In an acid environment calcium carbonate can be dissolve better and except this calcium citrate do not need acid to dissolve. Too much calcium can be harmful for your kidney, heart and many other body parts. Going overboard on calcium consumption can lead a human body to a heart attack and kidney stones. You can take or have calcium at any time in the day also and in the night time. Alopecia or hair loss can affect just your entire body and scalp, and it may be permanent or temporary. Hair fall is most common in men’s, anyone can loss hairs on their head. Excessive hair loss from your scalp can cause a baldness to a person. Excessive hair loss with growing age is most common cause of baldness, to stop this hair loss and baldness the calcium is very necessary. Calcium is a very important mineral and a chemical for hair growth. Skin infection is a infection coursed by different kinds of bacteria’s or germs like warts, herpes simplex, cellulites, shingles, and many others. There are four types of skin infections ¹viral skin infections, ² parasitic skin infections, ³bacterial skin infections, ⁴ fungal skin infections. The skin infections often when fungi, parasites, or a gems like warts, impetigo etc. To stop this type of skin infection or skin disease calcium plays a main role. Calcium is a chemical which helps to preserve a healthy skin glow. If you are going for gym’s or doing any workouts for reducing your weight then calcium is very helpful to increase weight. Calcium are having a minerals which are helpful to maintain Your body healthy. If you are not getting enough sleep then calcium can be helpful for you because calcium have sleep inducing substance melatonin. You can maintain your body healthy by taking calcium carbonate and calcium citrate. And regularly taking of calcium can keep your bones and teeth strong. Dessert, fast food, energy drinks, salt added foods and many other harmful foods could be avoid.
