Constipation 

Constipation is a big problem in India and all over the world. Constipation is a more than 80% people have constipation . Why constipation happen with you the blowell movements become less frequent and stool become very difficult and hard to pass out from your anus. When the stool pass from there it’s hard and painful for you. The main causes of constipation which type of food you eating and what you eat and how much should drink water.

 If you have a constipation you should have to eat a fibre rich food and drink lot of water because constipation leads frequent stool because of the water. Constipation that last longer than 3 weeks constipation is harmful for your health because you should have to pass your stool everyday. 

When you go to toilet your stool are dry and very hard and you have pain in your anus. Global movement is it different than other and you are painful tool and difficult to pass out from anus its too difficult. Constipation is a common. 

In United State many people has constipation 2.5 million people see the doctor each year due to the constitution It means it’s common but it’s dangerous too. Specially in women while women are pregnant and after the child birth many changes in women hormones make them more prone to constipation. 

Remember one thing whenever you go to consult your doctor talk openly and freely and honestly with your doctor about your bowel moments and constitutional pain. Constitution is a temporary situation but it take a long-term problems or Amin more serious condition so consult your doctor if you have a problem of  serious constipation. Constipation happen with you because when your lifestyle or daily routine changes.

If you have a constipation problem you may move to Slowly through the digestive tract you are food. Absorb the water from the waste material it means stool. The stool become too dry to hard and difficult to push out from the anus. It’s hard to push out from your rectum. 

There are many causes of constipation you should have to eat healthy food high fibre food drink lots of water medications and medical condition and pregnancy. If you have a serious issue about constipation you should have to consult your doctor. 

Most common causes of constipation :

  • Eating this type of food low in fibre. 
  • Dehydration it means not drinking enough water. 
  • Not doing physical activities in your regular routine. 
  • Change your regular routine like eating too much or eating less or going to bed at different different time. 
  • Eating big amount of dairy products. 
  • This constipation condition that affect your hormones. 

Symptoms of constipation

  • You have released bowel whale movement like 3 bowel whale movements in a week. 
  • When your stool passing from your anus painful for you and your stool it’s too hard. 
  • You have strong cramps in your stomach . 
  • In your stomach you feel bloating and nauseous. 
  • If you have ever seen blood in your toilet. 
  • If you have stool colour red and black it means you have serious problem of constipation. 
  • Problem of your digestive track or system. 

Prevention from constipation

  1. Add two aur Thi extra glasses of water a Day. 
  2. Avoid drinking caffeine content drink like alcohol and Coffee Which is can causes you dehydration in your body. 
  3. Add more vegetables in your diet fruits and whole grains and high fibre foods high high protein nutritious high fibre food like meat ,eggs, chicken and Dairy product. 
  4. Do physical activities. 
  5. How how much time to you seat in toilet. 
  6. If you take many medications and supplementary please avoid this because some of this product can cause a constipation. 
  7. Eating a balanced balanced diet. 
  8. Eat fibre and watery food because the help clone pass stool. 
  9. When you are move your bowel feel the urge. Do not wait for it.
