Dehydration happen in the human body when more fluids and water leave the body than it enter it. Sometimes dehydration can occurs in low level and it can cause lethargy, constipation and headache. The body of a humans is roughly 75 percent water. It cannot survive without water. If you are drinking less water than you lose the dehydration occurs in your body. When your body doesn’t have enough fluids and water to carry out The normal functions of the body then you will get dehydrated. Feeling thirsty, feeling tired, a dry mouth, dark yellow and strong smelling pee, peeing little, feeling lightheaded and dizzy, dry lips and dry eyes. You can check that your body is hydrated or dehydrated by paying attention on the colour of your urine. If your urine is not dark in colour or completely clear then you are likely drinking to much fluids or water. If your urine is very dark in colour and it’s smelling strong then you are not drinking enough water and fluids that means you are completely dehydrated.
You can also check dehydration by another methods such as pinch on the skin of your stomach or arm with your two fingers it makes a tent shape, let the skin lose slowly, then check that your skin springs back to its regular or normal position in with in two or three seconds. If your skin is slow to return or take time to spring back on its normal position then you might be dehydrated. If you are worried about your hydration or dehydration status then you must have to follow this tips to get hydrated faster. Drink coffee or tea when you are feeling lazy or tired, eat fruits and healthy vegetables to keep your self healthy, drink low fat milk and skim, and consume more water than you lose. About three to four ounces of a water at time can rehydrate your body. To replace the electrolytes and fluids that have been lost is one of the most effective method for treating dehydration. Headache, constipation, muscle craps, dry skin, dark coloured urine, fatigue and dark lips are the symptoms of dehydration.

Dehydration can cause shock or sever damage to the bodies internal organs. When you feel like you are dehydrated or having symptoms like dehydration then you must have to drink herbal tea, smoothies, water and fresh fruit juices it can recover or refresh your body. Clear urine is a sign that your are consuming enough water and it is sign of good hydration and a healthy urine track. If your urine colour is dark and smelly then this is a sign that you are dehydrated. (Constipation, tiredness, dry lips, dry skin, dry eyes, muscle weakness, cramps, fatigue, headaches, unable to focus on something, altered kidney, heart and digestive system ) are the symptoms of chronic dehydration.
If you are suffering from dehydration symptoms and you are trying to hydrate your body then it will take about thirty six hours to recover. If you are dehydrated and taking treatments than doctors will treat your dehydration by giving you intravenous fluids. You can rehydrate yourself at home by applying cold compress on your skin, drinking water and by taking cold showered bath. If you are having sign like sugar cravings, decreased urination, poor skin health, fatigue, persistent bad breath and frequent illness then you are not drinking enough water or fluids. If you are regularly going for the gym’s, exercise, walk, joggings, running and other physical activities then you must have to drink enough water or take milk regularly because it is nutritious and even it is more hydrating than other fluids. Drink lots of water regularly, avoid alcohol , avoid coffees, avoid sugar drinks, sleep eight to nine hour’s daily for healing your skin moisture this are the methods to keep yourself hydrated from inside. Regularly drink a warm glass of water when you wake up you will feel hydrated. Drink water when you eat something. Have or drink a glass of water right before going for the bed. Try to take rest or sleep for some time in the afternoon it will refresh your body. Wait for up to three hours for the coffee or tea after waking up in the morning. It takes about one or two weeks to rehydrate after chronic dehydration. Eat this hydrating foods such as Coconut, smoothies, milk, watermelon, broths and soups, and gazpacho to keep your body hydrated. Drinking less water can cause kidney damage or kidney stones. Dehydration is not good for the human body parts such as the brain, heart, liver, and kidney. Regularly taking of enough water or fluids can keep yourself hydrated and healthy.
