Panic disorder

Panic disorder is a type of a body attack which can  occurs when the person is  experience the type of recurring, and the unexpected and direct type of the panic attacks. A person may be having a severe or the common type of the  panic attack when a person  feel sudden, overwhelming type of  terror which has no other obvious cause. There is may be a different and the physical symptoms or signs  too, such as difficulty in breathing, racing heart and sweating. Panic disorder in a person  is an a   disorder of the anxiety where you are regularly have some other sudden types of  panic attacks to the person or fear. Everyone experiences the different types of   feelings of the  panic  and the anxiety at certain times. It is a natural and common type of response to the  dangerous or stressful situation in a person.

Factors of the problem which may increase  the higher  risk in the human of  developing the panic disorder  or panic attack which can  include the Family history in a human body by the or  of the  panic disorders and panic attack. Major or the main type of  life stress, such as the death of a person who is very much important for you or the serious illness or injuries of your  loved one. A traumatic event or organisation, such as  serious accident or a sexual assault. Panic disorders in a person is often classified or justified into six different types, which includes  phobias and anxiety disorders, and others such as a Social Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Compulsive Disorder, Phobias, genre Traumatic Stress Disorder, post  Traumatic Stress Disorder. There are many types of Physical symptoms or signs during a human body panic attack, such as a racing heart, pounding, chills, sweating, breathing problems, tingly or numb hands, weakness or dizziness, stomach pain, chest pain, trembling and the nausea. An worry or intense about the panic attack  when the next panic attack to a person  will happen.

You can also prevent this panic disorder by following methods such as eat a healthy and balanced diet regularly, go for daily exercise or for joggings, mange your stress and depression, and cut back on the caffeine. Talk or take appointment of your doctor before taking any type of medicines or  precautions and herbal supplements in this types of panic attack or over the counter of the  medications. Certain different types of the  substances which  can be increase the  anxiety.

Panic disorder or attacks are natural it often occurs due to the different types of feelings in a person such as fear, anxiety, depression, and many others.
