A feeling of a physical and emotional stress is known as a stress. Stress is a natural and it comes from the any situation or issues and this make you feel like frustrated, nervous or angry.  A reaction of body to a demand or challenge is known as stress. Stress is a feeling of being emotional pressure,  overwhelmed or unable to cope with mental. Environmental stress, nutritional stress, dental stress, postural stress, and emotional stress this are the five types of stress in humans. Stress is a feeling which describe a humans emotional or physical response to the pressure or a demand of a daily life. Money, illness, work, and relationships stress are the common causes of stress. Natural disasters such as earthquake can also increases anxiety and stress level in humans. There are many points or events which causes stress for example divorce with your partner, the death of a person to whom you love, breakups with your partner, moving to a new home, emotional issues, loss of your job and many more situation can causes stress or anxiety in a person. Situational stress, time stress, encounter stress, and anticipatory stress are the four main types of stress. An emotional and physical feeling of a tension is a stress.

 Stress can happens by any situation, issues and by many more in a human body. The situation which cause stress can make you feel like angry, frustrated or nervous. Stress is a natural reaction of a human body. Chronic stress and a acute stress are the two types of stress in a human. The acute and the chronic stress describe The difference between the little stress and the severe stress. Stress can cause by the any situation or conditions such as financial problems in your life, love relationship or divorce situation with your wife, daily life up and down stress, work or office or a business stress, families condition stress. You can avoid stress by going for the exercises or meditation regularly or by adding nutritious food diet in your regular diet. Regularly doing the same thing in your day to day life can make your life boaring and also causes the situation of the stress.

 There are many antibiotic to release or to reduce the symptoms of stress and it can relax your mind. High blood pressure can also caused by the stress. Stress is a natural occurring function of the humans body and even it can help you to survive. Stress was a helpful and natural motivator for the survival. The symptoms or a signs  of stress are developed by the emotional and physical behaviour of the person the symptoms such as aches, headache, pains, dizziness, pains, shaking, high blood pressure, stomach problem or pain, chest pain, jaw clenching, digestive problems, muscle tension, feeling like your heart is beating very fast, and many more physical symptoms are caused by the stress.  Stress is a natural function of the person in which the human body response to emotional, physical, and mental pressure. Stress causes a natural changes such as chemical changes in the body. The chemical changes which are caused by the stress in a human body can raise blood sugar level, heart rate, and high blood pressure.

 The stress may cause depression, anxiety, frustrations, or anger. A chronic stress is a natural function in a person body and it is severe problem which includes anxiety, depression, a weekend immune and muscular system, cardiovascular disease and the high blood pressure. When you are feeling like you are in a stress then follow this methods to relieve your stress such as daily meditation for at least up to ten minutes, deep breathing exercises, relaxation to listening your favourite music, mindfulness meditation, mental relaxation, and the progressive muscle relaxation. Laughing therapy  Can also helps to prevent from the stress. Eating chewing gum can also relieve your stress level. Regularly spending quality time with your family members and with your close friends can also get you rid of your stress situations. Eat foods or add in your regular diet the foods which are high in all nutrients such as vitamin, proteins, calcium, irons, and others. Your doctor’s or a physician may prescribe a range of a medication to relieve your stress level. You can also define stress as a type of a change which causes changes such as emotional, physical, and the psychological strain. Stress is a natural response to the issues or a situation that creates anxiety, tense and many other stress causing conditions.  If you are not getting enough sleep regularly or you are not eating best diet food and avoiding exercises than you can suffer from the stress like situation and it may harm your mental health by creating symptoms such as anxiety, tense, depression and many other.
