Tiredness:

Fatigue in a human is a feeling of tiredness. It may be a gradual or sudden in the onset. If it follows prolonged the mental or physical, and the with rest it resolves completely it will be a normal phenomenon. Dizziness, muscle weakness, headache, slow responses, sleepiness, slowed reflexes, chronic tiredness, moodiness and the impaired judgment and decision making these are the symptoms of a tiredness. Lack of sleep, grief, lack of physical activities, physical exertion, boredom, periods of the emotional stress, being obese or overweight and taking medications like sedatives are the causes of the tiredness or you may also say fatigue. Feeling chronically tired can possible by many causes. Feeling tired all day can also related on your regular diet that what you eat and drink. Fatigue or tiredness may also occurs due to some medications.

 Tiredness can  also Occurs due to the different types of stress and depression. You can reduce tiredness by following these methods such as going for the exercises regularly, drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated, avoid phones while going for a bed and get a good sleep, reduce yours stress, eat a healthy and balanced diet regularly, avoid alcohol consumption, transient fatigue, circadian fatigue and the cumulative fatigue are the three types of tiredness.
