You cannot cure your premenstrual syndrome but you can take care yourself and you can take a step for your health and easy your symptoms. Mild or moderate form of premenstrual syndrome then do this drinking plenty of fluid  easy abdominal bloating. If you want to improve your premenstrual syndrome then you should have to eat a balanced diet to improve your all over health and eat energy level which is mean eating planty your fruits and full of fibre vegetables and reducing your intake of sugar, salt and caffeine and alcohol you should have to avoid this intake you should have to avoid all this is harmful.
