What is acne acne is a floor onak inflammatory skin condition that causes a spot and pimples especially on the face and your shoulder and on your back and your neck side area and chest, upper arms . Whiteheads, blackheads ,pimple and cysts and nodules this is the all types of acne. In United State there are many people affected with acne problems like around 50 millions American each year affected with at least this is a most common skin condition. This is a common condition during the puberty. When your sebaceous gland are activated but it can occur at in any age mostly is teenagers have this problem. This is not dangerous but this can leave skin scar. They are the land they will produce oil and are stimulated by male hormones produced by the adrenal glands. Acne is a skin disease mostly seen at neonia pimples the involved oil gland at the base of hair follicles.

When your brand produce oil liquid it is called as sebum. Sebum there are cal date skin cells through the the follicle to the skin of  surface. There are also small hairs grow through the follicle. Why we get pimples because the reason behind pimples. Pimples grow when this follicles get blocked there are follicles get blocked and the oil build up under the skin. This is the oil main reason of pimple. Because skin cell, sebum, anterior can clump together into the plug. And there are blocked get infected with the bacteria and virus and swelling results. The pimple will start to develop when the plug begin to break down and your skin. 

Propionibacterium acnes this is a name of bacteria that live on your skin. This bacteria will infected of pimple.

How to prevent from acne and some tips about acne prone to it. 

  • Wash your face with the warm water early morning and evening to time daily you have to wash your face because the excess of oil when you wash your face that time all exercise of oil well clean. Wash your face with the mild soap specially this is made for acne. 
  • When you have acne and pimple on your face that time you you have to take care of your face do not Scrub your skin or bust the pimples menu do this the infection further down causing more blocking and swelling on your face and face become and redness. 
  • Avoid the Popping pimples this is make scarring likelier. 
  • Don’t touch your skin again and again. 
  • When you apply lotion creams or makeup you should have to clean your hand before applying anything on your skin. 
  • If your acne and pimples on your back side and your shoulder or chest area try to wear loose clothes to let the skin breathe. 

Some home remedies for acne. 

The first one is apple cider vinegar is by fermenting apple cider, or the unfiltered juice from pressed apples.and the other vinegars, it’s known for its ability to fight many types of bacteria and fungi. 

Mix 1 part apple cider vinegar and 3 parts water if you have a sensitive skin then add extra water. 

After cleansing, gently apply the mixture to the skin using a cotton ball you have to use cotton ball for applying. 

Let sit for 5–20 seconds, rinse with water warm water and pat dry.

Repeat this process 1–2 times per day. 

Second is a Cinnamon and honey is a best source for acne and pimple. In Cinnamon and honey having anti inflammatory source so that can help to relief for acne and pimples and slowly effect to get a fade your acne. How to use of Cinnamon and honey. 

Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to form a make it a paste. 

After cleansing, apply the mask to your face and leave it on your face for 10–15 minutes.

Rinse the mask off completely and pat your face dry.
