Carbohydrate is mostly found in the plant foods. Carbohydrate is also in the dairy product in the form of milk sugar and lactose. Which is high in carbohydrates these food are bread ,pasta, beans, potatoes ,rice. Carbohydrates providing a quick energy. Carbohydrate also known and also called as saccharides Or carbs provide energy for body in carbohydrate it’s gram of carbohydrate provide its 4 calories. When you eat food or when you eat carbohydrates food the body break down carbohydrate in to the glucose which is the the best and primary energy source for the brain and muscle mass. Carbohydrate is a best source for body because it’s give you a quick energy and which are nutrients that the body needs a larger amount.
