Sleep in a human being is a natural recurring state of the human body and mind, which is relatively activity of sensory, sleep is characterized by a altered consciousness, sleep reduced muscular activities in a person’s body and inhibition of all voluntary muscles in a humans during a rapid movement of eye. Sleep is a natural and it reduces all the interaction with surrounding. Sleep is a natural state of resting of a  body of any leaving organisms. The sleep is natural in all the leaving organisms and the two third life of a leaving organism such as cat is spent asleep. Many animals such as giraffe only needs a  Two hours sleep in a day as per the other animals giraffe sleep for a less time. In humans and in any leaving organism sleep is natural and it relax muscles, and keep mental health healthy, humans 1/3 of life spent asleep. Sleep is very necessary for the human body, in the world the longest record of without sleep is of 11 days.  

Sleep is essential for the human or any leaving organism to relax their muscles and maintaining their mental healthy good. Sleep is essential or necessary for our bodies like drinking, eating, and breathing. Sleeping and relaxing is helpful and essential to recover from the Physical and mental exertion. Sleep is natural in all leaving organisms, and it is easily reversible periodic state of the many leaving organisms.  Sleep in a leaving organisms is very essential for many functions of their body including cognition, vigilance, psychology state, development, brain, modulation of the immune response, energy conservation, performance, and vigilance. Get a quite and relax sleep regularly to maintain your mental and physical health, create a sleeping pattern consistent, keep the lights dim or off the lights of your bedroom to get quite sleep, avoid using your mobile phones while going for a bed or if you can’t then read the books, regularly go for the exercises or any physical activities during the day for a better sleep, avoid little mappings during a day, avoid caffeine in a night, After doing all the methods or activities if you can’t sleep then take a medication with the precautions from your doctor.

 Sleeping is a natural and the humans started sleeping two lakh year’s ago. If you are not getting enough sleep regularly then it may be harmful for your physical and mental health. To get a better sleep or with in a few minutes try this methods such as inhale and exhale to relaxing your , relax your body parts such as legs, calves and thighs, clear your mind for more than ten second and imagine relaxing things and Relax your face by massaging and your entire face muscles. Sleep plays an essential or vital role in a leaving organisms life. Sleep recharge your muscles and mind and it makes you feel like refreshed. Healthy sleep stave off diseases and it remain your body healthy. Without getting enough sleep regularly or in your day to day life the brain cannot function properly. Adults between the age of eighteen to sixty they need a sleep seven to eight hours per night. Adults which are over sixty-five needs a sleep. Sleeping is very necessary for the human body it plays an vital role in many functions or a parts of the body, by forming a new processing information’s and the pathways. Getting good sleep in your day to day life can  helps to learning something new , improve your memory, increase creativity and attention, and it is also helps in making proper and good decision. 

There are two basic types of sleep such as non REM sleep and rapid eye movement sleep. Each among this is. Linked to the neuronal activity and specific brain waves. To reduce an individual energy demand from a body is a primary function of the sleep. Sleep is also called as a body’s rest recycle in the medical language. Sleeps is also good for the hormones of the body. Eye sleep is a substance which is a combination of the eye hardened tear and eye debris in a humans which  directly falls into the eyes and after it they dries up overnight. Not getting enough sleep regularly can make you physically and mentally week and unhealthy. There are many foods and drinks to get a proper and quite sleep, drinks such as warm milk, cherry juices, tea of chamomile, peppermint , hot chocolate coffee or a hot cocoa they help to relax your mind and muscle. To sleep deeply regularly without any medications just establish a regular to routine of your bed time, take a warm water shower bath before going for a sleep, daily exercise or do physical activities at least more that thirty minutes. If you cannot sleep at night then you may be suffering from the insomnia.
